WORKSHOPS
BluMorpha aka Lisa loves hosting custom classes for both adults and children, who wish to expand their creative horizons and become MAKERS in their own right! Her favorite workshop, "EmpowHER'd", a power tool workshop for women, gives women the confidence and skills to achieve an expert level in DIY'ing, and to perform basic repairs around the home.

CUSTOMIZED SALVAGED CHIC DIY WORKSHOPS, INDIVIDUAL OR PARTIES/GROUPS
How about a DIY Wedding Shower or Girl's Night Out? Or throw your bestie a fabulous birthday party where all the guests leave with a lot more than a goodie bag? We can accommodate groups of 2-6 for most workshops (Children's workshops can accommodate up to 10). Workshops include:
In these workshops your group will be assisted with their individual projects.
Themes include PICK A PINTEREST Project, Chandelier Shake-Up, Reclaimed Wood Headboards, BYOP (Bring Your Own Piece) Small Furniture ReStyle, or Salvaged Chic Art using reclaimed canvases. Lisa also can customize a workshop just for you, including helping the bride with special table decorations for her big day! The small furniture workshop is ideal for dining chairs, desks, benches and coffee/side tables. Workshop fee will be quoted depending on number of students and materials requirements.
FEE: Typical fee will be from $40-100 per person plus materials for a 4-6 hour workshop.

Children's Workshops
Blumorpha can also run custom DIY workshops and parties for any group of 4 - 10 children.
FEE: 2-3 hour workshop is $240 flat rate, plus $10 materials fee per child.
Drill PowHER: Power Tools for Women
Ladies, strap on your tool belts and join Designer and DIY’er, Lisa North, for this fun, informative and SERIOUSLY practical workshop. Learn how to drill, bore, and screw better than any guy on the block, and make some cool stuff out of reclaimed wood. This workshop is guaranteed to save you time, money and the aggravation of finding a handyman to do small jobs in your home. Not to mention that Pinterest pins will become more than just pretty pictures on your mobile, as YOU will have the PowHER!
Available for to individuals, parties, and groups of 4 to 6 people by request
FEE: $50 per person, plus materials (1 Project)
BRING: Fully charged, battery operated power drill (and a set of drill bits/drivers if you have them). Good idea to bring along the charger or a charged spare battery. Lisa would be happy to recommend a drill for purchase, and is familiar with brands supplied at local hardware stores.
THE PROJECT: Using the skills taught below, you will each make one of the following AWESOME stylin’ reclaimed wood home decor pieces; perfect as holiday gifts for your besties! Choose from a variety of wood block candle or succulent holders, mason jar storage rack, or wall coat/towel/anything rack for any room.... THE BONUS: You’ll leave fully capable of hanging heavy things on your walls, including one of your DIY's!
